Grounded with his kids, he used every spare moment to market his company, making connections and building relationships, gradually establishing Stratton Inspection Services. Paul, his team of 11 inspectors and incredible office staff have earned a reputation for honesty, integrity, and quality service thorough the industry. Yes, Paul is a business owner but he still loves inspecting in the field too. Paul and his teams stellar communication skills, coupled with prompt service and state-of-the art software, allows them to successfully perform superior inspections. This all translates to peace of mind and improved communication with buyers and their real estate agents. 

Paul’s favorite quote is “Forget yourself and go to work”. In his spare time Paul loves spending quality time with family, or you can find him on the rodeo grounds with his horse Dex. He is a competitive team roper and cherishes the camaraderie that comes with rodeo life.
